A tractor-trailer truck driver blamed a rainstorm for the crash that shut down all lanes of Interstate 65 for several hours early today. …

“It was flooding when this happened,” said [driver Donald] Busbee, 45, of Atlanta. “I felt the trailer lift up off the road.” …

Busbee said the crash was his first in 18 years of driving trucks, most recently for CRST Trucking Services, based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. …
