NEW YORK (Associated Press) - The chief executive of communication and aviation electronics maker Rockwell Collins Inc. received compensation valued by the company at about $6.4 million in fiscal 2007, according to a proxy statement filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Clayton M. Jones, who also serves as chairman and president, received a base salary of $945,000. He did not receive a bonus but did get $3.4 million in non-equity incentive plan compensation. …
